lip sync problem

Hi all,
I'm tring to play a video:

and I'm having an audio / video synchronization problem. I tried using the
gst-launch and gst-play tool but both have the same problem:

gst-play-1.0.exe "d: /mediacontent/video/test/v3.mpg"
gst-launch-1.0.exe playbin uri = "file: /// d:
/mediacontent/video/test/v3.mpg"


Also, I tried to use decodebin, autoaudiosink and autovideosink but the
audio and video remained unsynchronized.

With VLC or MPHC the audio and video are synchronized.

I'm using Gstreamer 1.16.1 (mingw-32bit) on Windows 10, with the gst-libav
package also installed. The same problem was present with version 1.16.

Has anyone encountered the same kind of problems?
Should any particular parameter be set for decoding filters?
