Filesrc change location / looping and then reset rtp timestamp

Hi. This is my first post!

I am making audio udp streaming

ex) filesrc location=..., wavparse! alawdec ! amrnbenc ! rtpamrpay pt=..,
rtpbin ..., udpsink... 

and I heard my sound from this pipeline ( with vlc )

and then I am trying to change filesrc location or I try to change seek
position to 0 In the middle of the run pipeline

and then I am tying to did caputre my rtp packet using wireshark 

finally I heard sound this is good but Timestamp field for Rtp Packet is
reset! ( sometime I can't heard this .. I think.. timestamp is invalid )

I want not only change filesrc location and replay but also rtp timestamp
Increase sequently

I give up googling because there are no example and description..

please tell me tip.. thanks!!
