Failed to load plugin:

Hi,

On some client PC's I have a lot of warnings like this:

WARN      GST_PLUGIN_LOADING
gstplugin.c:806:_priv_gst_plugin_load_file_for_registry: module_open
failed:
'C:\gstreamer\1.0\msvc_x86_64\lib\gstreamer-1.0\gstmediafoundation.dll':
The specified module could not be found.

I do really care about only the mediafoundation plugin, but GStreamer can't
load some other plugins as
well: gstclosedcaption.dll, gstdecklink.dll, gstopenh264.dll,
gstpango.dll, gstrsvg.dll

All these files are actually present in the plugins folder.

Windows 10, GStreamer 1.18.1/5

What could it be?
