Camera2 API supported gstreamer camera source plugin

Not that easy unfortunately; see thread « Gstremer compatibility with android 10+ devices » for October 30th 2020. I tried getting this back from the dead and failed miserably; of course somebody who knows more than me about Android could get it working but it definitely won’t be a simple matter of adapting that old patch IMO…
