Mixing GStreamer versions

Hi,

  There are no issues, they will communicate via protocols, not via
code :)

  And now's a good time to use more recent gstreamer versions. those
are quite ancient and more recent ones (1.22 or 1.20) have a ton of
bugfixes and improvements.
