Hi, I am failing to find any info relating to variable bitrate/dynamically adjusting bitrate of media streams in response to network conditions when using webrtcbin and coming to the conclusion there is currently no implementation covering this area. Am I just missing something or is this not something that exists at present? Thanks! Dan
