H264 encoding problem

Hi,

I am using Toradex Colibri T20 machine based on tegra 2 processor.
I would like to decode and encode video using  "nv_omx_h264dec"
,"nv_omx_h264enc" gstreamer elements via pipeline.
I tried with a pipeline that open an mp4 file decode H264 video, encode it,
then save it into file, but the pipeline is blocked in encoding step.

You can find the pipeline and gstreamer omx logs enclosed.
