Several problems with hal 0.5.0

This is now committed to dbus, so I fixed the "try to reconnect to
system bus" bug in hal. So, hal HEAD now requires dbus 0.33 (which right
now means dbus HEAD). Also, all helpers now use a direct connection to
hald (instead of routing through the system bus) and hald won't connect
to the system bus until all device probing is done. Which means it's a
little bit faster to start hald.

I'll probably do a hal 0.5.1 once dbus 0.33 is out.
