hal_agent_new_device fails with d-bus errors

The AgentManager interface was, according to the ChangeLog, removed on
Oct 19 last year - I guess I didn't remove the libhal convenience
functions :-/. I guess I will add something like these on HEAD soon as
it is will be necessary now that hald is being split up in several
processes.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to use this interface?
