Building with parted > 1.7.1

Actually it's now at 1.8.1

Because we rely on certain opaque data structures that libparted don't 
export. Anyway, this code isn't enabled just yet. I committed a patch 
that makes it build with 1.8.0 and 1.8.1 too as the assumption we make 
still holds there.
