Switching to git

Hi,

Today Kay Sievers, Kristian Høgsberg and myself (well, not so much
myself, I was mostly just cheering on them) switched the HAL and
PolicyKit repositories from CVS to git. CVS repositories are still
online but are marked as read-only. 

See 

 http://gitweb.freedesktop.org/

for the web interface. Use e.g.

 git clone git://gitweb.freedesktop.org/hal.git
 git clone git://gitweb.freedesktop.org/PolicyKit.git

to checkout out anonymously and e.g. 

 git clone ssh://git.freedesktop.org/hal.git

if you got ssh access. The ACL are unchanged, the HAL committers (a few
handfull) in the fd.o group 'hal' can push to the master repository.
