[BUG] : hdd led blinks constantly

Don't get me wrong.
I'm not saying hal is buggy: in fact, I find that automounting of devices via
hal/dbus/pmount works better than under windows. I'm just saying that, since
I'm not experiencing this under Windows, there're chance that this issue can be
fixed at hal's level. I'm saying "issue", because I think that it's not normal
that my hdd led blinks constantly. Or even if it's "normal", it's at least a
nuisance.
