[HarfBuzz] Using hb_font_get_glyph_h_kerning

I am working on a font editor (http://birdfont.org). I wrote a small piece
of code to do  kerning with the pair adjustment subtable in GPOS, I will
write code to parse it soon.

I will probably use Harfbuzz for things like preview of fonts and I believe
the editor will be much more complete if I could extract information from
Harbuzz rather than writing a new GPOS parser. The values does not need to
be exactly the same as in the font table but some functions to obtain
kerning information could help me a lot.
