dof.frag dumped August 3rd, 2014

After taking a look, I've noticed that the attached shader is put through a
pre-processing step before compiling. So I set MESA_GLSL=dump and this is the
actual shader that is getting compiled. I think this is more useful. I'll
attach the glsl_ir dumped afterwards in a moment.
