I tried this patch, and it can improve the time consumed a lot for WebGL case
conformance/glsl/bugs/temp-expressions-should-not-crash.html
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94302). On my skylake machine,
it's from 610s to 130s.
