Might these two patches help with screen flickering only when intel_iommu=on is
used? (see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94605#c79 and following
comments)

If yes, would it be ok to test against 4.8.x or does it needs to be against
drm-next?
