Test report of WHL board

Test on an identical WHL board as reported originally resulted in 7 failures. 

We believe the original test results reported here in "143063: Link layer test
result." were caused by a bad test setup (DRM master was probably not released
before test was started).

Since we know there are many hardware differences between the WHL board DUT and
WHL RVP reference board we will next retest with drm-tip on the WHL DUT and
depending on the results we will share further details.
