[Intel-gfx] drm-intel-next regression on new chip again

I have to pass i915.powersave=0 against drm-intel-next for
bring up again both on clarkdale and arrandale. I haven't
tracked down the bad commit, but just like to request for
more care about new feature enabling.
I think only enabling feature on known-to-work (or more
strict tested-to-work) chipsets is the most simple step to
eliminate possible regression on other chipsets. Could we
do that in the future?
