I changed the PDP#3 by

AT+CGDCONT=3,"IP","we01.vzwstatic","0.0.0.0",0,0
and network is attached and the AT+CGCONTRDP gives address

and i have this now

[root at localhost ~]# qmicli -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --wds-get-default-settings=3gpp
Default settings retrieved:
    APN: 'we01.vzwstatic'
    PDP type: 'ipv4'
    Auth: 'none'[root at localhost ~]# qmi-network /dev/cdc-wdm0 start

[root at localhost ~]#

but qmi-network not working

and
and also i tried with th raw-ip mode
i have this
qmicli -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --wds-start-network="apn=we01.vzwstatic,ip-type=4"
--device-open-net="net-raw-ip|net-no-qos-header" --device-open-sync
--client-no-release-cid
error: couldn't open the QmiDevice: QMI protocol error (70):

is the problem related to the system
i use the centos 7 with kernel 3.10.5 and i used the new usbnet and
qmi_wwan (from 4.9) and libqmi1.12.6
if debian is more recommended or any distribution more than centos7 i will
install t

It is really difficult

thanks for all your helps
