be prepared for the meeting we also need to read the proposals. We just got
the info and today we have the links to the proposals, basically a little
bit over 24 hours to read, make comments and be prepared for a discussion.

I suggested that for myself when I thought I would be the only one to be
unable to join the meeting but I realize, now that I take the full measure
of what’s going on, that the process — although not as timely as we would
have liked it to be — is probably now suffering a too fast acceleration.

As for the decision dates you suggest, I for one will be on vacation and
out of town during the same period.
My suggestion : call the meeting for discussion 2-3 weeks in advance, then
give a one month delay for exchanges with the teams who make a proposal and
possibly more since it’s summertime and vacation time for many of us.
Let’s make the final decision at the end of September.
Preferably not during working days, if this suggestion reaches the
majority. I find difficult to be in an LGM meeting during working days, at
working hours. I am probably not alone in this situation. I could manage
with lunch time during working days if nothing else works better, but
again, it would be much more convenient during a week-end.
Can we reach a consensus on a schedule that will allow people to get
organized and be prepared?
