OK, I was trying to get things moving before everyone was out of town but clearly started too late ;-)

Louis, I think it is best you suggest concrete dates for the discussion (July?) and decision (August/September). I e-mailed Hong Phuc and Joao about the delay and will of course try to join and/or facilitate.

Tonight at 20:00 CET there will be still an IRC meeting, but Larisa will use it to prepare for 2016.
