Hi Lara,

To what Ale has written I would add a couple line to stress the absolute
need to open those ports for the LGM to take place. It’s vital to the
conference. We have developers who are coming from around the world to work
together. It’s a yearly conference that has been held in as many
universities as cities we have been to and the Internet access was a
condition of hosting the conference. All hosting universities have offered
their full cooperation with that aspect. It’s crucial.

We also need strong wi-fi access for the participants and access to a
sufficient number of power extensions for as many laptops as participants.

Louis
