Thanks for sharing your ideas.

We do have guidelines. We can change them but not before having taken the
existing ones into consideration.

I am sorry to insist but I urge anybody entering this discussion to first
take the time to read what was settled a couple years ago. We have put lots
of energy as a community to come up with those guidelines. Again, they can
be made better, but it is a serious effort to make things happen in the
best possible way. :-)

Feel free to add and contribute.
