Hm, was there any other proposal than Montreal for LGM 2014 in 2012?

Anyway, I agree that proposals should be made 2 years on advance so
that the next LGM venue can be decided before the current is held (as is
planned now for 2015 -- decision time is 4 weeks before LGM 2014 IIRC).

But I think Medellin, Montreal and Leipzig are all still strong candidates
at this time.
