[LGM] 2013 campaign still on

Hi,

I guess this has gone unnoticed but our 2013 campaign on Pledgie is still
on!

I think it's perfectly ok to have this running until we put the next year's
on but once the new is on, the old must be off. If only to take away
ambiguity.

Can the person who has the key to it please turn it off?
