[LGM] Submission phase closed

Hi,


As some might seen
http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2014/call-for-participation-closed/ the
Call for Participation closed yesterday.

To give you an overview, there are 84 submissions marked from submitter as
1 lightning talks, 13 short talks, 47 presentations, 14 workshops and 8
discussions, meetings or hackathons.

There is definitely this year a good participation of Blender or a lot of
Blender topics are submitted. There are some new things like Magic Lantern,
Valentina and even darktable will participate as project this year. There
are also a lot of submissions to font design as well. In opposite to that
there are lesser submission on the DTP topic, just one submission from
Scribus but there are some for web publishing and similar, some for meta
data and related things.

So from my perspective we will get an good schedule out of it with an good
mix.

Well there is another point, with all the submissions there is known a sum
which comes from the submitters what they think they might need for there
travel. And this  sum is 23.297$

Some like Konstantin Dimitriev wrote already that they can only come if we
help paying the trip.

@Louis when will you answer to that question?

There are others like Barup Sanskota who can pay there trip but need it
definitely back to pay there college later as he would take it from the
savings that are thought for that.

@all consider to make a little bit more marketing for the pledgie dont
leave that to others!
