It depends if it's a matter of a few hours or a few weeks.

Jehan is right that we can imagine instant streamed videos -- the
bootleg videos Dave Crossland posted in Toronto were popular precisely
because they were available right away. But they were not a substitute
for higher quality videos produce later.

Best to get something up now if it isn't already, but perfectly OK to
update the videos later.
