[LGM] List Participation (READ IF YOU WANT LGM TO SUCCEED)

Hi, all.

As we go our separate ways this year, it's important to remember that the
success of each year's event depends on work getting done. That requires
people. Unless you joined a team or committed to something, you don't
necessarily need to participate in every thread, but please at least read
the traffic on the list and consider speaking up or offering to do
something. Reading a few notes here and there doesn't take much time, and
it would mean a lot to me and to others.
