[LGM] Cancel LGM please

I would like to have LGM in Rennes bumped to 2021 if possible.
(Even the summer olympic games are doing the same)

Maybe we could save the dates and make some online meetings,
maybe some presentations, on the LGM dates for 2020 but
that would not have to be called "LGM 2020".
