why am i getting all these message twice?

more seriously, please don't cross post on create and lgm.

lgm topics should be on the lgm list, not on create.
announces might go to both...

or should we stop using the lgm list and just put back the whole lgm
discussion into the create list?
currently, almost all messages are cross posted, which defeats the
purpose of having two lists...
