@Piotr:  Unlike as for LANG and LC_ALL etc. (see e.g.
<https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/basedefs/V1_chap08.html>),
there's no common interpretation of a LANGUAGE environment variable; LO doesn't
use it at all.  (And no idea what "Manjaro Settings Manager" is.)

@jmux:  I'd be happy to close this as WONTFIX, given my explanations at bug
125995 comment 1, unless you want to keep it open for some reason.
