We are using Pootle as a repository for our translation, .po file is
what is pushed to the LibO code for the l10n process. We are used to
work out of context, using the English as a in-context basis, and
helping each other when we don't understand or have difficulties with
our language concept.
So this is really not an issue for the translation team to work that way.
