I hope people like me is trying to help in QA, but I think is needed a 
right way for this.

For example I did the Litmus test, but seems to me I was the only one.

IMO the better is to begin for the beginning, that is reach a consensus
about the right tool to do and follow the tests, after set the rules and 
then do the tests.

To me the most important is to catch up the regressions asap, because 
this bugs change the expected behavior of the program.

I don't like too much bugzilla, but if it is the only way.
