I know, and you wrote that before too.

Yes, l10n testing is important too.
But when bughunt sessions are done at RC2, it can be easily too late to
fix issues found in x.y.0.
Therefore: get many people test early (beta1, 2) for general testing,
and special testing for l10n in RC2.
