Try removing the 3 files (the folder ${ORIGIN}\program\shlxthdl\..):
- ooofilt_x64.dll;
- propertyhdl_x64.dll;
- shlxthdl_x64.dll.
Libraries "MS_VCR-2010" that LibreOffice-4.x needs:
- msvcp100.dll;
- msvcr100.dll;
- msvcr100_clr0400.dll;
- vcomp100.dll.
