[Libreoffice-ux-advise] Remove the Navigator button below the scrollbar in Writer

Hello

I usually use this feature
- To quickly change the type of navigation
- To navigate

The buttons are still accessible (vs. the browser that is not always
visible)

They are "well located": it is logical for me to have them close to the
vertical scrollbar  (scroll through the document in that direction).
