Timur: Yes the standard page break (Ctrl+Enter) was added to Writer's toolbar
in 4.4. Adding page break styles to the drop down button wouldnt be a wise
approach from my stand point as there are many page styles and users can add
more page styles which wouldnt get listed, which is why the last entry in the
drop down would open the 'Insert Break' dialog (Insert > Manual Break...),
which gives full access to all the page styles and changing page numbers.
