[Libreoffice] [PATCH] Re: Oracle wordbook in LibO

Hi!

I would like to introduce technical.dic in libreoffice-3-3 branch. If it
is possible also to libreoffice-3-3-0. So please review it and sign-off
if possible.

Note: oracle.dic is not deleted in this patch.
