it proposes some codes adaptions in order to tweak
the fill in character support in Calc's Cell Formtat Strings as
introduced in  http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.documentfoundation.libreoffice.devel/28410

Nota Bene: The sample formats in the files
    ./i18npool/source/localedata/data/en_US.xml
    ./i18npool/source/localedata/data/en_GB.xml
stem from your (i.e. noelp's) work on this.
