Hi everyone

I'm a new contributor at LO and I'm working on this bug Make LO's Start
Center thumbnail views available for use from within components
<https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77590>.

I want to edit the toolbar to add a new button, I found that I should to
add the new button in the toolbarmanager.cxx as here toolbar controller
<https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Framework/Article/OpenOffice.org_2.0_User_Interface_Controller_Internals#Toolbar>,
and this example examples complextoolbarcontrols
<http://api.libreoffice.org/examples/cpp/complextoolbarcontrols/> which is
talking about how to add a new toolbar controller but I can't understand
this, and I tried to understand how toolbarmanager.cxx work but I have some
difficulties.

Can anyone from the UI team give me any hints about the steps I should to
follow to implement this?
