There is no way to assign a bug partially to one person. Just submit your
patches to gerrit. You must be very unlucky if somebody else happens to be
translating the very same comments at the same time.

Also, note that you are expected to know German quite well in order to be able
to translate the programming and nerd slang idioms. Using Google Translate is
not a good idea.

Also note that doing comment translation is as far as I know not counted as
pre-qualifying you for our Google Summer of Code tasks. (Why is this bug even
marked as "EasyHack" and "SkillCpp", I don't know.
