[Mesa-dev] Mesa 7.11 devel still fails on crosscompiling (generating of builtin_function.cpp)

I got it working with scons FWIW, but given that scons doesn't build everything yet, that doesn't really help. 

Is compiled code code generation really justifiable? Couldn't we just include the sources to builtin_function.cpp, and compile them in runtime?
