[Mesa-dev] GL 3.1 on Radeon HD 4670?

DOH. I'm sorry, I read that Mesa supported GL 3.1 and somehow I generalized
that to all drivers. Thanks for that TODO list. I guess I need to start
reading about the R700 architecture...
