[Mesa-dev] Do we support front buffer rendering with EGL? Do we want to?

I don't think we should implement front buffer rendering for EGL unless 
someone presents a compelling use case.  In my mind, front buffer 
rendering is only something used historically...it has all kinds of 
caveats about synchronization, doesn't fit well into a world with 
compositing, and virtually everyone wants double buffering anyway so 
they can present perfect frames.
