[Mesa-dev] test Vulkan with radv

Thank you Yavn and Bas for the answers.

I have successfully launched vulkaninfo, the problem came from the icd.json
not loaded because of the path.
The VK_ICD_FILENAMES env var will allow me to test correctly.

@Bas: I have a R9 290 but I use a kernel with amdgpu (from mystro256)
