It's just a single patch in that MR. As with github, you can append 
.patch to the url:

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/Venemo/mesa/commit/24d534e355f54edb4b27451d0e4d92a1adb1669c.patch

Or just `curl <url> | git am`. Does that work for you?
