[Mesa-users] features.txt: GL_EXT_gpu_shader4?

Chuck is definitely the expert on PV+Mesa/supercomputer builds it might be
worth pinging him (the paraview mailing list) again. I suspect it is
something in the build process. (I am primarily a windows person so my
Linux build skills are mediocre)  But this definitely sounds like a build
flag type of issue if a simple local paraview run fails to work.
