        I debugged further and I am facing "Could not connect"  issue

I am assuming, I have to set the proxy name( APN ) somewhere, please can you let me know where to set and if I can get a sample that would be great

Oh, maybe you should've posted a longer debug log then, as there should be some error somewhere else, if you didn't see any modem listed.

You can forget about the WWAN completely for now, that is only required once you have launched the connection through the control port.
