It may also be that they just don't want to bother continuing the mpeg4 
driver support. For example the PM800 and CN400 has the same PCI id, and 
the programming manual doesn't distinguish between them, except that it 
claims that PM800 has some capture functionality. The PM800 is not 
claimed to have mpeg4 accel, though.
