I updated my xorg.conf with your suggestion:

http://illson.hopto.org/xorg.conf4

Still the same issue, here are my logs:

http://illson.hopto.org/Xorg.0.log.4

Also here is the specs on my monitor:

Still trying to google around to see what i can find.

Thanks for your input- at least i am learning some new stuff about this...
